| Abstract: | The shortage of insurance fund is unfavorable to the development of the economy and the steadiness of the society. We have the following practical choices: putting the present social insurance funds and the public accumulation fund for house into a unified management and operation, developing insurance business of commercial compensation, and making part of transfer income of national assets as insurance compensation fund. |
