| Abstract: | Reform of state-owned enterprises and the establishment of a modern enterprise system calls for auxiliary reform in the regulatory system of state assets. To change state enterprises into corporate entities and participants of market competition demands a real separation of the government from enterprises, which by no means suggests that the government will exercise no management over state asset. As far as the management system of state assets is concerned, the selection of the configuration of the intermediary management organization is of great importance. |
