Abstract:In recent years, ergonomic assessment of risk factors associated with musculoskeletal injuries has been widely performed in the workplace. Although the level of detail may vary, risk assessment methods can be categorized into two groups: macro- and micro-ergonomic risk assessment. The objective of this study was to develop a practical tool to assess ergonomic stresses in the workplace. The tool was used to evaluating jobs in nuclear remediation industry.
