| Abstract: | Because financial distribution bodies are multi-lever and financial revenue kept decline. China's national bond undue depends on finance, national bond's size is difficult to expand and macro-control ability is getting poorer. So we should improve taxation system. accelerate to change tax from fee, unify national finance so as to increase financial revenue of the central government, heighten return ability and independence of debt from finance. |
