| Abstract: | This study deals with the factors influencing the growth of design groups when participating in Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs). Two digital asset management KTPs operating within interiour design companies are investigated in depth revealing both intended and unintended outcomes. Suggested drivers for growth incl. senior management commitment, leadership propensity to change, linking outcomes to competitive advantage etc. |
