| Abstract: | Any location can be accessed to see its current hardware and software environment, what version of the human resources information system are they running, what hardware they are running it on and what peripherals they use. In addition, who the main users are, what training they have received and who the technical support liaisons at the location are can be checked. The ability to cross-reference and link various chunks of information allows the person answering the HRIS hot line to get the information needed to solve the user's problem quickly. |
