Abstract: | The planning stage of a human resources information system is crucial, because this is the point at which project goals and scope are defined. The project is communicated to a diverse set of project participants and stakeholders - internal and external. The plan is often used to establish management's expectations, so it pays to ensure that the plan is realistic, attainable and suited to the task at hand. At the conclusion of the planning process, certain questions should be answered. |
