Abstract:Computerization has greatly increased the effectiveness of today's corporate human resources programs. In the area of applicant tracking systems (ATS), however, many companies have yet to discover the full advantages of automated programs. At each phase of this process, a computerized ATS offers important benefits. A computerized ATS also enhances the hiring procedure, which makes it easier for hiring managers to choose the right candidates from the list provided by the recruiters.
