| Abstract: | (1) Develop electronic information industry and promote the implementation of electronic technique in traditional industries. (2) Develop bioengineering industry and medical industry based on modern biological science, making Wuhan the base of bioengineering industry in the middle of China. (3) Adjust hi-tech enterprises' structures and reorganize some competitive large-and huge-sized hi-tech enterprises. (4) Hasten to develop educational industry, reform technology system, and develop hi-tech service industry. |
