Abstract:China will take administration over the decreasing price level as the focus of macro-scope control, and regard expanding consumer's demand as the key to enlarging domestic demands. Investment demands should do favor to optimize supply as well as improve multiplier effect. It is estimated that the situation of ever-decreasing price will be changed. In addition, the volume of social retail tax will increase about 7%, and social investment on fixed assets will raise about 10%.
