| Abstract: | This article develops a service sector model from the consumer theory litarature of repurchase intention. In this structural equation model a key contribution is the incorporation of customer perceptions of value and equity. The model describes customer“s repurchase intention, which is influenced by seven important factors - equity, service quality, customer satisfaction, value, past loyalty, cost and brand preferences and expected swifting cost. |
