The company, located in Sterling Heights, Michigan, recently was acquired by BT Industries AB in Sweden. Many mergers and acquisitions are taking such a progressive and unique approach to the transition process. Without a well-rounded program to the transition of people and technology, the process of bringing companies together is difficult. |
