| Abstract: | The author proposes the countermeasures to further accelerate the development of high and new technology industry in China's economic and technological development zone: (1) strengthen the sense of urgency and an overall point of view through ideal innovation; (2) be clear about the goal and the task, seek the breakthrough point and new growth point of the development of high and new technology industry; (3) improve the policy supporting system of the development of high and new technology industry; (4) establish pluralized investment and financing system with various channels; (5) make further innovation of the mechanism of the development of high new technology industry in China's economic and technological development zone. |
