| Abstract: | It is evident that there remains much to do to convince more consumers to act more environmentally-friendly if there is a political consensus that organic food production is an im- portant contribution to pollution abatement and protection of natural resources. Consumers are happy to make a contri- bution, but expect this to be made easy them - in terms of both quality and price of environmentally-friendly products. |
