| Abstract: | Following the distribution of houses among households in money instead of as a kind of welfare, the buying of houses by individual shall become a new hot-point of consumption. Hence, the development of the insurance of the house mortgage loans is of important and practical significance. The paper argues that the following types of insurance should be developed: house, ordinary house, house life, guarantee. The developmental strategies: to get the government's role into play, develop the guarantee system for this kind of loan, work out the rate of insurance charges and strengthen the risk control. |
