| Abstract: | A new research model is presented and tested in this article. The aim of the new model is to examine the work and family roles and the conflicts and facilitations between them. The empirical testing of the model was based on the questionnaire responses of 102 frontline employees working in hospitality industry in Nigeria. Particular attention was paid on negative affectivity, commitment and turnover intentions. The findings are in line with the previous studies focused on family and work roles. |
