Abstract: | Especially rapid, hard to predict and dynamic changes in the environment from the company to permanently change and to adjust to these circumstances which means that it should be innovative and flexible.The life cycle of product is increasingly becoming shorter.The company enters the market with the products with which it begins the exchange processes and is faced with the customers, suppliers and competitors.The company should devote a particular attention to the new product development as the new products present the lifeline of companies.Fresh and successful products provide the company with more opportunities for its existance.The company should, therefore, be developing the products with a high competitive advantage which creates confidence of customers. The speed of introducing new products on the market has recently become one of the key factors of the company's competitive advantage.It is also true that a vast number of products have no success on the market.For this reason the company should get to know the causes of unsuccess and thus to bring down to a minimum. |
