| Abstract: | This study explores the impacts of relationship-based antecedents and character-based ones on managerial trust in new product development (NPD) teams. Using data from over 100 NPD projects in Turkey, it is found among others that procedural justice, distributive justice, and transformational leadership are significantly related. Conflict is negatively related to managerial trust. |
