| Abstract: | Management is blamed for industry's unwillingness to modernize,invest capital,and invest in the transfer of technology in the United States. Three cornerstones of product transfer are examined separately: champions,transfer teams,and transfer plan. To treat the technology transfer of new products or processes as key programs in the companies is underlined. To be effective,management should concentrate its personnel development programs on the region of inexperience. |
