Abstract: | The challenges and complications of a market-oriented product creation process are examined. Some prescriptions are proposed from an analysis of successful companies. Systematic monitoring of customer satisfaction is vital in this process. A customer-driven product creation process builds on the customer's feedback throughout the process. Long-lasting product advantage can only be achieved via non-stop innovation. |
