| Abstract: | With the collapse of the Soviet Union the danger of nuclear arms proliferation has increased. First there is the danger that successor states will obtain nuclear arms and second that Third World countries will lure specialists able to develop nuclear arms for them. The countries most interested in acquiring such knowledge and constituting largest danger. |
