| Abstract: | Russia has carried out many new policies in foreign trade these years. We should establish East Europe Trade Association, put stress on opening up Russian market, develop wholesale and retail business in accordance with different conditions, set up trade center and recruit agencies , attend Russian specialized exhibitions , give full play to the advantages of Chinese products, use the method in which spot exchange transaction and barter trade are both employed and take flexible payment methods. |
