| Abstract: | Both China and Russia attach great importance to the establishing of relative close relations. Each side needs the other side, no matter in dealing with superpower's global hegemonism and strengthening cooperation in international affairs, or in developing bilateral cooperations with the effect of complementing each other with advantages. Through frequent high-level exchange visits between China and Russia, contacts have been deepened in every field. The boundary dispute has been settled peacefully. Economic and trade relations have been developing continuously and a favorable turn is emerging. The fundamental key of strategic and cooperative companionship between China and Russia has already been fixed, with the characteristics such as a firm foundation, clear and definite directions and favorable tendency. |
