| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping summarizes the practice of socialism and reveals the essence of socialism following the principle of unity of productive force and production relations. In Spring of 1992, when he was inspecting the Southern China, Deng Xiaoping pointed out that the essence of socialism is liberation and development of productive force, wiping out exploitation and preventing the trend that poor people being more poor and rich ones being more rich, with an aim of common rich. Deng Xiaoping's new generation of the essence of socialism gives theoretical guidance in building socialism with Chinese characteristics. |
