| Abstract: | The article is based on a survey by the Stuttgart and Ulm Chambers of Trade on the diffusion of new technologies to subcontractor small-scale industry. It turned out that most small-scale firms use CNC machines, personal computers, telex or telefax machines. Efficiency nd qualification are the major problems. |
