| Abstract: | This is the report of the above mentioned specialist committee on the problems of state firms in transforming GDR economy. In social market economy there is still a role for state firms even if totally different from that in planned economies. Former monopolies have to be abolished. Transitional forms are necessary. The goals, organisation and legal framework of state firms, their financing, taxation and control. |
