| Abstract: | This is the second report made by IfW and DIW. The project still suffers from the difficulties in obtaining adequate reliable data. The report concentrates on an analysis of the current situation in the following areas of East German economy: agriculture, construction, services and public administration. The energy sector will be included at a later stage. |
