| Abstract: | Although forecasts about the development of the Eastern regions of Germany are dismal, there are firms who make fortune there. The article is about the successes of some department stores who registered growth in turnover far above any hopes. They even have problems with provision of goods and logistics. Demand is higher for cheap and somewhat outmoded goods. |
