| Abstract: | This article discusses assymmetries in procurement auctions. The authors investigate potential assymmetries among firms bidding for snow removal contracts in Montreal. The results suggest that firms located in close proximity have cost advantage relative to other firms in the most urbanized part of Montreal. |
