Abstract:This study has three objectives, corresponding to the three characteristics of action research studies. These three objectives are : "to help organisations participating in the study to prioritise their e-commerce-projects", "to do so via a method which could be generalised to other organisations" and "to share this knowledge with and between the participants as well as documenting it for other organisations".
