Abstract:Combining a focus on individual needs with support from co-learners can lead to mutually beneficial, lasting benefits. This article deals with the concept of action learning, looking at how it can help individuals to identify challenges of their own, drawing on the ideas and experience of others to create solutions to them. Action learning, argues the author, can be a valuable method of learning which benefits individuals, teams and entire organizations.
