| Abstract: | The paper puts forward the index system and the appraisal methods in line with the main elements of comprehensive ability of agricultural production. The main elements include: possession and development ability of natural agricultural resources; ability for material outfit and infrastructure; scientific and technological level and ability in application and popularization; the capability of agricultural production to fight disasters; the ability of organization and management within agricultural departments. |
