| Abstract: | The fundamental objective of personnel development system is satisfying of present and future personnel-educational needs, which bases on directing youth into proper programmes of professional education and on monitoring of employees development.The programme package introduced in this contribution offers to a company, specially to its personneleducational function, suitable informational support by achieving the quoted objectives.The programme package design enables development of personnel function.This one should in conditions of market economy and labour and knowledge market functioning exceed the level of classic personnel services and bring forward itself as a service for personnel management.In the contribution a short description of relation database with a suitable file and subfile system is presented.The description is limited primarily to some fundamental menus and screens.The programme has been developed with the help of programme package 4th dimension and is installed an apple macintosh computer. |
