| Abstract: | Success of an arganization is possible when all workers assume engagemential attitude.Innovational and participational management is one of the tools that motivate people to more efficient and appropriate job.There are several supporting techniques, and debates method is one of them.In this article are presented forms of meetings used in the organizations as follows: sittings, sessions, conferencles and congresses.Finally the methodology of organizing meetings is shown. |
