| Abstract: | With the gradual establishment of the socialist market economic system, the problems of the unitary organization form of township enterprises, the stagnation of the building of the property right system and strong touch of administration become prominent. The ways to solve these contradictions and problems are to clarify the property right relationship of township enterprises, to perfect the operation mechanism and to gradually implement the share-holding cooperative system. |
