| Abstract: | This paper has three main objectives. Firstly, to examine trends in the use of profit sharing in Ireland, secondly, to compare employee and organizational outcomes of profit and non-profit sharing firms using a survey of 294 private sector firms, and thirdly, to examine the relationship between profit sharing and trade unionism. |
