| Abstract: | The paper reviews a research, which empirically tested the Continuous Improvement (hereafter as CI) maturity model. The analyzed data was collected from the 2nd International CINet Survey and the particular attention was paid to the situation in Australia, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom. The findings are in line with the convergence argument, because the CI maturity model is independent of cultural and national variables. The paper also documents that the operational performance can be improved by adopting the CI behavior patterns. |
