Abstract: | To master the basic requirements of relationships is considered the most decisive action a distributor can take to strengthen partnerships with manufacturers. Proactively coordinating the manufacturer's marketing efforts with its own is attributed as a chief role to the distributor. Five approaches to bring about this coordination are described. Manufacturer-directed value-added services are suggested to enhance working partnerships between distributors and manufacturers. |
