LBO techniques are summarized. Possibilities are outlined for entrepreneurs. Borrowing against assets like equipment, inventory, and accounts receivable is discussed as the most popular one. Possibilities for cash-flow LBOs are analyzed. The manager must determine which assets will generate the largest loans; methods are proposed. Examples are illustrating the topic. The relationship between buyer and seller is examined. Success factors are summarized.
