| Abstract: | Channel 4 will include a 5 year limit in its contract with ITV companies to take over the broadcast of school programs. After 1992 there are two possibilities. The transmission would be in downtime at night for schools to video. But Channel Four has agreed to show Open College programs in downtime. Satellite distribution would be possible if schools could afford the cost of equipment. C4 is unlikely to waste its precious airtime broadcasting services without revenue. |
