Abstract: | What me worry? Yes, since 57% of companies that laid off workers ended up rehiring some of them. Not only business , but the economy is also a victim of yo-yo layoffs. The strategist has the skills to turn this situation around - to create jobs, improve the company's health, and bolster the American economy. After slicing and dicing their way to the '90s, American corporations are finding that job-cutting is really double-edged sword. A total of the nine million people are currently unemployed, and six million more are "sub-employed" - they work part-time, though they'd rather have full-time work. |
