| Abstract: | With the new Act, the federal government has acted decisively to end job discrimination against physically and mentally handicapped applicants. Complying with this Act will require most companies to overhaul their job descriptions, hiring practices, benefits , on-the-job training, and so on. A potentially difficult area of compliance is the "reasonable accommodation" a company is expected to supply for the handicapped person. |
