| Abstract: | Since the household responsibility system began to spread in China, governments of different levels have done a lot to set up the socialized service systems for farmers. This report , based on solid investigation, makes a comparatively right conclusion and description of the true situation about the socialized service system in the countryside. And it also discusses how the system should develop in a healthy approach in the future. |
