| Abstract: | Statistical surveys on foreign investment in Estonia may present very different figures when compared to one another. The highest variation can be found in the total amount of foreign investment. This research aims first to locate the statistical pitfalls to which imperfect surveys often lead. Second, it studies the development of foreign investment in Estonia during the period from January 1987 to July 1994. This article is part of a research series investigating Finnish investment into the former Soviet Union. |
