| Abstract: | In the not so distant future, Estonia, probably without its Baltic brothers, Latvia and Lithuania, should become a member of one of the most affluent clubs in the world, the European Union. The period of engagement may be as short as five years, but probably will be closer to seven, yet the wedding seems assured, even if the date is indeterminate. And investment flows should increase steadily during the courtship period and asset appreciation will come with the wedding. |
