| Abstract: | This article gives an overview of the role, microstructure, and present level of development of the Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE). It is intended as a practical introduction for foreign readers and is based on information provided by the Estonian media and the Internet. The TSE is still quite young, having started up on May 31, 1996, and is thus not yet widely covered in the foreign media. The article has four main sections. |
