| Abstract: | The reasons that discrimination of employment and occupation is existing in China are as follows: (1)over supply of social labors and limited employment opportunity; (2)irrational distribution orientation, which results in imparity of employment opportunity. (3)incomplete legislation, insufficient supervision, and so on. Even under such circumstances, China's policy is in accordance with some regulations of international labor organization's No. 111 pact in principle. Time is needed to achieve the parity of employment and occupation. |
