| Abstract: | Recent years have turned out to be rather frustrating to Estonian financial institutions (banks, the stock exchange, investment funds, insurance companies). The difficulties in questionnare mainly due to factors from outside (the ebbing inflow of cheap foreign money, due to the deterioration of the international financial situation). However, blame has also been heaped on the Estonian home policy, more specifically on the banking policy of Estonia. |
