| Abstract: | The article deals with how and to what extent the educational potential is harnessed in the Estonian society. The quantitative indicators for the formal education provided to Estonia population are notably high. In all working-age groups, the number of people with primary or basic education only, is twice less than the average in the European Union (EU). |
