| Abstract: | Estonia has reached a high international level in its use of the Internet, yet the so-called digital divide poses problems here as well. The issues of digital divide touch expectedly people from lower income groups, elderly people, people with less education and ethnic minority groups (Russian-speaking population). Therefore, these issues should not be dealt separately from other social topics. |
